Who I have done this for
A few clients. The longest since 2003. Seven years at Enexis and a year at ASML behind that.
Before I worked for myself I spent seven years at Enexis, the Dutch national grid operator, building and running its cloud environment, and a year at ASML. That is where I learned that things have to demonstrably work before you switch them on, because too much depends on them. What follows is what I have run for my own clients, some of them for two decades.

Nineteen years running their infrastructure under a formal service agreement: websites and servers, mail, CRM.
Late in 2025 I modernised the whole environment. Every service in containers, one central gateway with TLS and authentication in front of it, the database hardened. Backups that could actually be restored and did not just exist on paper. Monitoring, so I notice before they do. And a ticketing system, so questions stop disappearing into a mailbox.
As of July 2026: their whole environment was reachable 99.86% of the time over the last year. Over the last month, 99.97%, which is thirteen minutes offline. Those are not numbers from a brochure, they are what the monitoring says.

Twenty-three years, the same client. Websites and servers, mail servers, the CRM, under a formal service agreement.
That is the dullest thing I can say about myself and probably the only one that really matters: nobody keeps the same IT person for twenty-three years if it is any trouble.
Two practices moved this summer
Smaller than the two above, and I mention them because they are where the method on the how it works page was last put to the test. Both sites sat on shared hosting they had outgrown. I moved them onto their own server: everything rebuilt, the database with it, every page checked.
The plan was on paper first, phase by phase, each with its own check. Both sites ran completely and were verified on the new server before anything at all was switched over. The owners chose the moment themselves. That is how you stop a migration from costing an evening instead of a minute.
A short list is the point, not an apology
I could make this page longer. Every odd job, every site I ever touched. Then there would be twenty logos and it would say nothing.
These clients pay me, and the longest two I have kept through a bankruptcy, through eight years of freelancing, and through seven years of full-time employment at a grid operator. They could have left at any point. That is what a wall of logos does not tell you.
Why only one percentage is on this page
At TopAandelen I have measured for years, so there I can show you a number. For the others I do not measure the same way, and then I do not write it down either.
I could put here that I saved someone forty percent of their time. It reads well, and I would have to invent it, and then it is exactly the kind of story I dislike myself. One number that is true says more than five you have to take on faith. From the audit onward I measure before and after on every build, and those numbers go here when they exist, and then they are true too.
